It was worth it
With Pain in my wrist I decided to finish my project from two weeks! I don't like things to be unfinished. So here they are, my newest beads, lentils. I really like them and they were fun to make. Off to new endevours...;-)
these are very beautiful! i like flowers theme! please, daisy, do you have some tips about buffing? i mean something on internet. i don´t try buffing any more, but i think - some beads need it...especially where is translucent fimo... thank you and have nice day! nigule
Thank you for the compliment nigule! I sand and buff with sandpaper that I make wet. I sand/buff by hand. It's just the simplest way that I have come across so far. It is a lot of work but it's worth it in the end! Hope that helps.
Otherwise go see glassattic.com They have a lot of tips and tricks and information!
Thank you lillysmuul! I sell my beads on an ebay-type site for switzerland. So on my german site (http://reddaisykreationen.blogspot.com) I have my shop link listed! :-) Thanks for the dawanda link. I will look into that.
daisy, thanks a lot of your answer, i will try it too :-)) i will try glassatic sites, i watched there for something one more time... i love your beads, i will say it every time, when i see them :-) the one strip design is very effect :-) have nice day! nigule
I'm a mom of two, divorced but happily in love. I work part time in an old age home as a cook. Expressing myself in a creative way is very important to me, that is why I love my job and my hobbies. Working with Fimo is such a wonderful thing for me. I think this is THE medium for me to express myself in shapes and colours.
